Are you passionate about crafting and love helping people? Do you have exceptional customer service experience?

I might just have the perfect role for you!

The person who is right for this position has exceptional communication skills, is able to respond to messages across a variety of channels within 24 hours, and enjoys supporting others, pointing them to helpful resources, helping them troubleshoot issues, and helping them succeed.

This position involves a combination of creativity, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through, and it has high expectations for meeting deadlines and measurables.
