Who I'm Looking For

Do you create crafts for sublimation or for your Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting machine? Do you love to design SVG cut files and patterns? Are you comfortable creating vector designs in Adobe Illustrator and have experience with Adobe Photoshop?

I might just have the perfect role for you!

I am looking for an employee to help us at JenniferMaker as a "Design Fairy" (aka "craft designer and teacher"). This position is located on-site at our local studio in Ann Arbor, MI, and is not a remote position.

This position focuses on designing high-quality craft designs that can be used with "maker machines" like cutting machines, sewing machines, laser cutters, sublimation printers, and/or 3D printers, as well as the assembly, photography, and step-by-step explanation of the projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced with cutting machine and sublimation crafting, as well as familiar with the JenniferMaker brand.

The person who is right for this position has experience designing projects that are as beautiful and unique as they are easy-to-make and useful.

While perhaps not quite yet an expert, this person does have a solid grasp of design, typography, and vector software, familiarity with the JenniferMaker blog and my courses/ebooks, and a basic understanding of Cricut and sublimation crafting.

This position involves a combination of creativity, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through, and it has high expectations for meeting deadlines.

Are you ready to be a Design Fairy for the JenniferMaker brand?
